NO DELIVERY
I upgraded on 2017-08-03 with MTN. After many phone calls and e-mails i got an reference number from MTN on 2017-08-23 and the operator put me thru to the courier company,how ever the reference NR was on somebody else name.MTN told me they will sort it out the courier company and ques what nothing happens again.I phone them on 2017-08-24 again and the same problem.It seems that nothing helps no calls no emails nothing.I am very tired of this and would like to cancell everything can some one please help?
