No Delivery
I app**** for a contract on 04 August with MTN direct, I was told that the last iPhone 5S was available and on 6 August I received confirmation of my application being approved. I was told to expect delivery by 12 August, but still no delivery, Today I received a call to say that there is no stock. I asked Pretty to have manager call me back today but I have still not received a call. I went through MTN direct to avoid submitting documents and having a long wait as I need a phone asap but this is much longer than going to a store. Don't tell me that the phone is available when it is actually not available, and make me wait 2 weeks before telling me.
