No deliver, no response

I app**** for a cellphone about two weeks ago by Mondo/MTN. The contract was approved. Now I have not received my parcel.? What's going on? Mondo blames DSV couriers saying that they can get hold of me. Nonsense, I received calls and when I answer, they drop the call. Sort out this mess. Service is terrible, why are you making use of DSV.
