No Debit orders taken now name on Default???

I have been trying for numerous days to get through on the "customer care line " with no success. I only received a email with no response. For the past 4-5 months no debit order has been taken off my account but oh so very fast are you to put my name on default??? No calls from accounts nothing?? So instead of resolving the matter you rather mess up someone's credit!! I want a manager to get in touch with me as this is pathetic!!!
