No Debit again
This month I still have not been debited...
Any confirmation that my account will be debited?

28 Jul 2020, 11:09I am not sure what I need to do so that MTN can debit my account as per our contract. I would like to ask if this means that they will write off the money I owe them? I would be truly grateful if they put this in writing. And also please stop lying about calling me when you did not.

Please be advised your bank details has been updated, however the agent should have informed you the new bank details will only be active from current month
The system reflect the debit order was unpaid.
The balance due R395.00
We have set up the arrangement for the payment to be made, we have activated the account for you.
Please use your cell number as reference when payment is made.

30 Jul 2020, 13:26Hi Alice... I dnt understand... This request was done in June.. And yet in July the details hv not been changed. I paid the money.. And a debit order still went off from my old bank account... Please shed some light.
