No data on promotion as promised

I have 3 contracts with MTN and at most times I don’t have a problem, however this last interaction with them has really been the worst service ever . I upgraded my second contract on the 1st April with a 30gig data promotion on the 3rd I called the 808 number to confirm with will my data be loaded they said I must wait 2-24hours. Ref number 264 805 132 I called again on the 6th only to be told my query was never escalated, the lady said I must wait till Monday the 9th and my data will be last added , I called again at 17h05 with ref number 264 939 832 , they said my data can take up to 72 hours today load... how much longer do I wait for my data t be loads ! MTN SERVICE IS GETTING WORSE BY THE DAY ! I want my 30gigs data as promised and as advertised as per my upgrade!
