No data for 2 days so far

its been 2 days now that Data isnt coming in or going out. The lady at the callcentre said she'd restart my number and it should resolve the issue. I've had no data for two days now and have missed out of important meetings,. <br> <br> please may someone resolve the data issues in my area. <br> <br> number: ***<br> Area : Durban north - Verulam<br> Issue: No data packets being sent or recieved although theres full network coverage.<br> <br> <br> please resolve the issue instead of giving copy and pasted replies.
