No Data Coverage for 3 says. No one knows why.

Since Saturday 23 September till Monday 25 September I have had not data service on my phone..... which means no whatsapp messages, no internet, no email and no social media access. The technical call centre 1555 doesn't know why this is happened, what will be done to rectify it and when. Mtn also doesn't communicate with their customers. We have to contact them for information.
