NO DATA BUT I PAID IN MARCH😡

I seem to be experiencing the same problem with MTN,i pay for data and i dont receive it and to my surprise they say i should've paid before the 15th of which they had said before the 22nd at first but it now seems to be a norm and i know i should've received it because its been two months now not receiving it,I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW AND TO CANCEL BOTH MONTH TO MONTH SIM CONTRACTS.
