No customer service whatsoever!!!

my phone has been taken to Mtn for repairs in January and i still don't have it even today, 2 weeks ago some guy from repairs in Rosebank called saying they are going to replace the phone and the phone is with them, the only thing they need to take it to the store i bought it from then i will collect it there, but nothing even today and no one seems to answer the phone at Mtn it just rings for hours without any answer. pathetic if you ask me. i want that phone and i want it now!!!
