No Customer service - No feedback - International Roaming charged - which did not work

<p>I arranged my international roaming to be activated before going on holiday to Dubai. On arriving in Dubai my international roaming was working but not my data. I called MTN the day after arriving in Dubai advising them that I am having a problem. The consultant told me that he will reset my phone on his side and I must do the same on my side. Which I did. After doing this, my international roaming was not working at all. I was using the Wi-Fi from the hotel. Upon leaving the hotel, my phone was not working. On arriving back in South Africa, I could only receive calls but still not make any calls, send any messages or use what's up. I called MTN from my husbands phone, they then did the same. Reset my phone.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I received my itemized billing where they charged me R1450 for international roaming. I was charged R491 for calling MTN advising them what I requested was not working. I was charged for telephone banking 13 times in less than 5 min on 24 Aug 2016. Why should I pay R491 for calling my service provider advising them that I did not get the service which they promised they would provide!</p> <p>Every time I call, I just get dismissed and told that I must pay the bill. Why should I pay for something which I did not have or use?</p> <p> </p>
