No customer service from MTN in 2 months!

I was sold a contract over the phone that is utterly useless & trying to change it, query after query, for a month has resulted to nothing. Sales agent mentioned nothing regarding this plan that does not allow you to buy additional data with the spending limit I've had for years. No feedback is sent or the option to migrate my number to suitable option. MTN customer service is a disgrace. I’ve been left with this problem for more than 2 months now.
