No customer service.

Further to my previous negative review, I get a call from customer care department to rate their service regarding my query even though I did not get any response from MTN for over 2 weeks. I informed them accordingly and said that I will put in on Hello Peter however customer care did not even bother to assist me. Please avoid using this service provider as they lack customer service.
