No customer service

My service has been suspended although my payments are up to date. I have been trying to phone MTN customer service for 2 days already without any success, have been holding for a combined time of 4 hours.

I use my phone for business and now I am loosing money because of this.

How can we FIX this if nobody answers the phones....
