No Customer Service!

It has been more than a week now that I am waiting for a settlement amount to change 3 contracts I have with MTN to prepaid sim cards. I recently did a sim swap on one of them and up to now the sim card doesn't work. None of the above 2 issues could be resolved telephonically.
