No customer service at MTN South Africa.

MTN has stopped rendering customer service. For months and months I have requested, begged and fought with MTN to activate my voicemail in order not for unanswerd calls to be met with: "This number does not exist". Did receive feedback that the matter would be escalated, but nothing happened.
