No customer service at all

First of all I am very well aware of MTN policies,if I hear it again. My device has been switching on & off, doing its own thing for a while, but I could live with it as my up grade date is 01/02/2016, but then Murphy decided to knock on my door, the device fell 31/11/2015. 01/12/2015 I went into the Uitenhage branch, spoke to Clifton, just wasn't interested. Phoned 808 in the store, lady said he must forward an email to retentions as proof I'm standing in the store & my device is broken.I then from home sent emailswhich by the way to date have not received a reply or phone call. Since Tuesday I've been phoning 808, spoke to managers, was given different numbers to contact, just no help, all I wanted is for them to assist me with a device now, as I'm sitting without a phone, I was prepared to pay in if I had to. Like I said I know the contract, but you telling me just once a loyal CUSTOMER is asking for help they won't budge, BUT when they went on strike for over a month, when they make pathetic mistakes we must sit back & accept. The service was pathetic, only Nishaan at Uitenhage went the extra mile. This is not the 1st bad experience. When it comes to customer service u bad!
