NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT AL FROM MTN

I have received the worst service from MTN ever!!!! Actually no service at all. Since January 2023 I am struggling to cancel a contract with no luck at all. ***. I have send numerous emails, I tries via messenger and still luck. They deducted 3 months of premiums this month. What else must I do to get help?????
