NO Customer Service!!!!

I cannot express my disappointment!! Service? no service. The switchboard ladies are just putting the calls through to the business dept that doesn't answer the calls. This is Super frustrating!!!!!!!I just want a TAX invoice for all the debit orders on our business account.
