No customer service

I've been trying to get a hold of mtn for the past 2 weeks, when I got a callback, the consultant couldn't help cause the system was outdated. I then went into the store and said I would get a call back after 2-24 hours which was 2days ago and I'm still awaiting a call. It's been weeks and nothing.
