No Customer Service

I emailed Customer Care on 2 April and received a prompt response requesting verification info which I immediately supp****.

I then heard nothing, tried phoning 135 since Monday to speak to a consultant but cannot get through. Facebook messages to MTN also not getting a response. If there are technical difficulties, please inform customers.
