NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have called MTN now 4 times .. spoken to 4 different people at the call centre to ask them to change my address on my statement .. all have told me that month end on my next statement new address will appear.yet every month .. still old address ... I then emailed MTN customer services ....it's being more than month and still no response from them .. still no where near with change of address . Should be a simple change request from a customer but clearly mtn just doesn't want to assist . Truly annoyed and disappointed that I have to carry on begging them to assist me
