No customer service

Can't get hold of a human when dialing 135. Eventually by chance clicked a number that went through spent 30 minutes trying. Xolani Nene answered, couls not help had to put me through to customer services. Line dropped. Tried again 3 times and chance again got through to another person who could not assist. He put me through to customer services, eventually got through to Porche. I tried ***** line for mtn, person told me wrong number. I used number on mtn website. *** Ref number with Porcha is *** This was all to find out what an SMS was for saying services being reinstated which I have no information about. I thought could be ***** so wasted an hour of my Saturday STRUGGLING to get hold of mtn customer support. Want to know how I will please be reimbursed for my time. Thank you
