No customer service!!

<p>My husband app**** for a contract 2 weeks ago and it was approved. Its more than 2 weeks later and he still awaits the delivery of the router and tv. Upon calling the brits branch they said that they are still waiting for the router to be delivered to them. What era do we live in that it takes so long?? Is mtn using donkey carts as delivery vehicles?? He tried calling the head office several times but always gets the call answered by a pc and then you listen to music and no consultant answers. This is terrible!! How do mtn do business like that where you cant get hold of their management!! </p>
