no customer service

<p>I bought a 3g ****le at the mtn store in Westgate entrance number one last week Tuesday the moderm is not working so yesterday I went back to the store to return it and ask for my money, they told me to come back later on as they don't have any cash not in went back after 4 before they closed they then told me to come back on Monday and I can't because I work far and pass there when they have closed like why can't I go to any mtn store to return it what should I do because this Tuesday will be 7 days now they will not accept it any more i need a solution coz this going of up now downs is not working for me</p>
