No Customer Service

<p>I have tried for months now to claim from my insurance with MTN. After more than 5 months (nobody ever phones you bac****) they eventually collected the phone. For the last 6 weeks I have tried to get hold of a manager in the insurance department with no luc****!! I am out of pocket due to their *********** service and need to discuss this with a manager. Maybe they should reimburse you like Vodacom for calls dropped as my calls to them are dropped at an alarming rate with nobody responding to any emails or requests to speak to a manager!!!!! Stay away from MTN!!!!</p>
