No Customer Service
30/06/2015.<br> walked into store,nobody to assist,nobody greeting us,nobody assisting any customers.5 customers in line.staffmember Norma on terminal,Adam on terminal.i approached adam,he did not greet me,was not interested in my request for service,said he is not on duty,manager missing,..what the heck!!!<br> Mtn please train your staff better or move them to a back office and get people that are interested in people.<br> <br> Bouquet for Jean who eventually helped me with the service i expected
