No customer service

I have logged over 10 queries of the SAME problem since January. MTN South Africa keeps closing my case before it’s even opened. I’ve been in store and spoken to the manager a few times yet that doesn’t seem to help. They have been charging me almost 4x my contract amount since January, and I am now GATVOL with the ZERO SERVICE. MTN Customer Services I have warned you before, I WILL move service providers if this isn’t resolved before the next debit order. My bank will block ALL debit orders from you, as I have now paid up 14 MONTHS in advance, thanks to your error. Get it done or you will be losing a loyal customer of over 10 YEARS. #shameonyou #MTN
