No customer service

Worst service ever, I got an iPhone from MTN not so long ago, and later stopped charging after a couple of months…I tried cleaning the charging port but still wouldnmt charge…so I took the phone to MTN Springs mall, after waiting there for ages they told me they can’t check the phone since I oeft my charging canle at home, so the store doesn’t have a charging cable? I offered to buy one they told me they need the original charger…..I then left and went to a Vodacom store….without hesitation they took my phone and ran it theough disgnostic software, and my ohone only needed battery callibration….MTN who I bought the phone from wouldn’t even touch my phone
