No customer service

Last week I went to MTN Store apply from a contract (Huawei P8 lite x2). Fortunately it was approved the following day but unfortunately the store didn't have stock, so yesterday I visited the store to check what's going on but still there was no stock so the lady (Dineo) who was helping me told me take take P10 Lite even if I was wanted two phones. Though she did not explain the features about the P10 lite, now I found out on my own that this phones are similar but m only getting one phone for R259 Where's I can get two phone for R149 each. So now I have a P10 lite with me and it's even a day and the phone is under guarantee but the MTN Store is refusing to help me in order to to return P10 lite and wait for P8 lite x2. So is that how you MTN there customers happy?
