NO customer service

I have been sent back and forth between departments at MTN (808 & 1555) each claiming that even though they can not help me, the other deportment can. My problem: When I dial my voicemail (100, 111 & 120) I get the reply: \The person you are trying to reach is not available at the moment. Please try again later."This must be the fourth time I have reported it"
