No customer feedback

A couple of weeks ago I received a call from an official from Mondo selling me an increase in data sim, I agreed to it and later asked for a cancelllation. I tried to reach out to Mondo spoke to a consultant fromMTN to day there is no response or feedback. Another issue, an apgrade on a mobile phone was requested however to date there has been no response from Mondo or MTN. Its really confuing.
