No Customer Concern

Unfortunately MTN think because they are so big, they can ignore their clients. For the past two and a half weeks every call I make drops at least twice. The mobile internet has become erratic and slow. It keeps on disconnecting every few minutes. Don't bother to phone the Call Centre or what do they call it: Customer Care.... Is that a joke... Either sort out this mess or cancel my contract. Even Cell C is better here. I think that part of the problem is that their antenna operates off a generator.
