No Customer Care for Pre or Postpaid clients in SA, time to port

I know it sounds unbelievable, but I have been with MTN since mobile services were first offered in SA. On my contract I pay in excess of R1000 per month. I also have a prepaid number for my wife. Firstly, it is now a known fact that prepaid MTN clients are not able to speak to a call center agent, they are blocked. Similarly, it is imposiible for a post paid client to expect any customer care. I queried my data spend on my postpaid line 9 weeks ago......nada. I have sent an email 2 days ago to MTN requesting that they answer my query as to why my calling line ID has been deactivated from my wife's phone ....nada. I have given them a fair chance so the next step is simple....I will be porting to Cell C. Ny numbers are ********** 850 and ********** 199
