No Customer care

Their customer care sucks, I app**** for a cellphone contract online got a call after 4 days then the ask me all the questions. They then send me a no reply email that I need to submit some documents, How am I supposed to know the documents that are needed and how am I supposed to send documents if it is a no reply email?
