No customer care

Struggling to cancel acontract due to person being deceased for more than a year. I've been on hold for more than an hour a day for the last week with still no answer from customer care. I have 5 contracts with MTN and will be canceling all of them if this is not resolved within the next 24 hours. I am not willing to continue with such poor service.
