No Coverage Service.
I have tried numerous times to get MTN to send a team out to improve the coverage at our offices yet my requests get stuck in the eternal loop of being escalated yet nothing happens.
I have been trying to get MTN out for over a year. I will start looking at rather moving our users to Vodacom as their team was out within days of the request.
