No coverage router return.

Poor service received from the checkers mtn consultants in Klerksdorp, I took my router back for cancelation was told I would get feedback by Wednesday. When I called the store I was told the router was collected on Tuesday, I then went today for feedback and I was told the router was only collected today and I should follow up again on Monday.

The router was returned due to coverage problem and I do not expect to be charged for something I am not using.
