No coverage in KwaDukuza

I have been calling Mtn customer service and MTN coverage department hoping for a resolution to our issue but it has been a week. All I get told is that they are working on it bit it has been a full week. We don't have connection, the internet is so slow its basically non-existence but the data gets used up even though we get no service. MTN needs to step up their game. KwaDukuza has never had this issue before so clearly it is something that needs fixing but isn't getting fixed.
