No Coverage for more than a week

We stay about 25 km outside of town in KZN, we normally have a H+ coverage on our MTN devices. Since last week we have no signal at all!!! All our devices show "emergency services only". We reported this to MTN numerously. Only to get NO services from them whatsoever. Now you will realize the urgency of this matter with a child in grade 12 writing her final exam now and one in second year university also preparing for her final exam now... they NEED the internet for preparation of their work and for communication!!!! Because of MTN giving us good signal we used it for out internet as well as our phones. We bought data that is going to expire because we couldn't use it. I am extremely disappointed in MTN!! MTN this is now the SECOND time you really let me down!!
