No coverage for 3 days

My name is Mazizi and reside in Kagiso, MTN tower has been faulty and I was given this ref ***, it has been 3 days now and no one can confirm when will the matter be resolved, can MTN take their SIM card and cancel my contract as they aren't providing me with the service I need. Numbers impacted *** and *** Another ref was given to me now when I spoke to Busi ***. I have virtual meetings I couldn't attend due to this and that is not the service I expect from them. I have back to back meetings from 3pm and it if it's not sorted, I am terminating and port all my four MTN numbers
