No coverage during power outages with MTN

Please be aware that MTN has no signal during power outages such as loadshedding. You are literally left in the dark(ages) with mtn not having power backup during these episodes. With landlines down as well as mtn there is no way for someone to contact a mtn subscriber or even worse not to be able to call anyone in emergencies. This is not the case with Vodacom. Also the people in the contact centre has no knowledge or ability to assist.
