No coverage and no care for customers

Never again will I take up Wi-Fi with MTN. Not only does this Network service provider fail to provide coverage which one can understand at times as it depends on the area but after that disappointment and slow customer service I had to deal with the store telling to me to return the router but giving me missing information only for me to travel for nothing as I know had to go back with this router that they now cannot accept.
