No correspondence from MTN on ***** case

I posted a report 1 week back about a ********** upgrade of my MTN contract without my knowledge.I have emailed the required documents they needed for the ***** department.Yet to date I have not received any feedback from MTN.Also Ithumeleng Mokghatu never contacted me or left me any contact no. to follow up on my complaint.I am utterly frustrated with the number of phone calls I have made for something which is MTN fault.I have stopped my debit order and I will seek advice from a lawyer to take legal action against the company.
