no correspondence

I would like to express my dissatisfaction in the poor service that MTN repair centre provides.<br> <br> i dropped my device 22-12-14 @ the repair centre Montague Gradens CT (suggested by mtn stores self delivery @ repair centre would take 2-3 working days to evalute the device). <br> <br> No correspondence was made, only on the numerous times i called the repair centre (costing me money) was i informed that the device is in process.<br> <br> when i contacted again days later in january was i informed that my device was sent to Midrand.<br> <br> Again contacted the centre requesting correspondence.<br> <br> 13-01-15 i telephonically contacted them& was informed that qoute was generated & what it would cost. i then verbally rejected it & was told that she would log the rejection & my device would be ready for collection in 3-4 days.<br> <br> i received an sms 16-01-15 with the qoute, i rep**** rejecting the qoute again.<br> <br> I then enquired again because still no device, i was only then informed about the service handling fee of R330, in my desperation for my device i went & paid it 26-01-15 & was informed it would take 3-4 days to be back. <br> still no correspondence to date.
