No Corporate / Business support

Since Nashua Mobile closed it's doors last year I've not been able (4months) to get any response from MTN business regarding my corporate account.

I've not received any Invoices, any support regarding damaged equipment nor have I been able to complete any insurance claim on devices with them.

There is no telephone number that you can phone to get answers, and email is apparently on strike seeing how that's all we ever do in this country. BEE is working a charm!!!

No walk-in branch can assist in this matter - they either have no access to MTN business / corporate information or is not allowed to assist any business / corporate client.

This must be the most frustrating process I've every had from any service provider, you should not even be allowed to trade in the business or corporate world - wonder what happened to the consumer act legislation that is thrown into the consumers face???

So where do I complain and cancel all MTN contracts? Consumer Act - remember that one again??

I have numerous automated ticket / email responses stating a number and we will respond to your request yet I still have to receive any response or assistance from the all mighty not so great monopoly
