No convincing answer
Went to MTN Blue Route mall to enquire about outstanding balance on account, was told of outstanding balance but apparently no printout can be provided (MTN has a policy of not printing ). Was then refered to Accounts call centre...no luck there as the MTN number has been recycled. Then resorted to Facebook, Nosipho responded by requesting further details...and thats the last i heard from her. All i want is to know how much i owe and breakdown. Have not received any statements or requests from MTN for over a year.
