No control over data

Once again we start a whole discussion over data usage and the cut off when the limit is reached.<br> My computer which is with MWeb into Vodacom I have no trouble with. When the limit is reached I get cut off. The one time Vodacom let it run because they said I was in the middle of a procedure I dot a full credit for as they admitted it was their fault.<br> <br> My grandson has an IPad with 500MB of data which costs R42.98 per month.<br> When he wants to download new material we log into the WI FI at home where we have 5gigs<br> <br> Over the last 2 months according to my invoices we have overspent the data by R6500.<br> <br> Why was the data not switched off when the limit was reached<br> It is because the cell phone company's make their money from out of bundle data charges and turn a blind eye.<br> <br> Can I please have some logical answer from MTN before I take this to ICASA
