No Contract with MTN but Legal Status entered on ITC

<p>Last year I picked up that MTN had done an inquiry on my ITC and I sent an email to their customer service to confirm if there was any account opened in my name as I had been a victim of ***** before. Sizani Nomabunga responded requesting that I send an affidavit declaring that my particulars were used without my knowledge and this was sent. I later got an email from Sindiswa Ngwenya confirming that no account was opened in my name. I asked that a letter be sent to me on MTN's letterhead confirming this and no one ever responded. A few weeks ago upon applying for a bond I was informed that there's a legal status on my ITC from MTN stating that I owe MTN R1289. I enquired again and was told there's no contract in my name. This has been a great inconvenience and I need someone to tell me what exactly is going on. I've never opened an Account at MTN no one has ever contacted me I've never even lost my ID before. I need a letter from MTN stating that I do not owe them and the legal status taken off my ITC as this is holding up my whole LIFE. I need a resolve urgently. </p>
