No contract but debit order taken

Good day,

I cancelled my contract at the end of October 2019. You deducted money in November 2019 and Dec 2019. The customer care email has not responded to my mail. I need the money to be credited into my bank account as this payment was taken without my consent and I do not have ANY contract with you anymore.
